I took last 4th day 28 anti rabies vaccine on 15th february 2022 schedule was day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose and today on 15th march 2022 a street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should I have to take booster dose of anti rabies vaccine day 0 and day 3?

no need as u r under vaccine coverage. booster dose shedule after six months FIRST booster dose second after ONE YEAR.

Yes. You should take booster dose, have you took immunoglobulin with anti rabies vaccine? If not take immunoglobulin also according to your body weight.
