I am 26 years old female. Tying to conceive but detected with pcos due to irregular periods (very short or very long cycles). To regulate hormonal imbalance doctor gave me krimson 35 but when I stop it to try to conceive my cycle gets disturbed too much. I tried letroze 2.5 mg for 5 days but on 16 th day got period. After that again got light period on 12th day and immediately visited doctor, got sonography done it shows pcod and dominant follicle in left ovary. Dr. gave me sysron n from that day till 21 days and told me to continue krimson 35 for next cycle and then visit on 1st or 2nd day of periods. Dr. Is saying pregnancy can control pcod and for pregnancy hormone should be balanced. What to do now taking treatment from 9 months? Should I go for 2nd opinion? My bmi is normal and irregular and heavy periods happened from starting of periods from teenage. I want to conceive quickly.

Don't take letrozole while on krimson 35. You can either complete the course and visit your doctor as advised or consult an infertility specialist regarding ovulation induction but after completing the krimson course.

Hi dear, I read your case carefully. There is no point in keeping on taking Krimson in your case. Even after stopping your ovulation will not return. Letroz only is not sufficient drug for you to make you ovulate. Systematic HMG injecctions will definitely yield result for you. IUI is your best chance
