I am 25 years old female. I?ve been passing bright red blood and mucus for about 2-3, most of the time without any stool. No abdominal pain or rectum pain. Have the urge to go mostly when I wake up but isn?t constant throughout the day. No nausea or vomiting. Appetite is normal. Fatigue but also on birth control pill which could be from that. Was on anti-biotic for uti and work in a nursing home and remember some days having diarrhea so thought c.diff but would only be 1-3 times a day for one day or so then stop. With more days being no stool. What could this be?
