Sir I was not addicted to any drug but I was not able to sleep even for a week or more then my friend gave me adnok tablet then I was able to sleep and now am addicted to it and I want to quit it because am getting week day by day and am having low thyroid before I was 76 kg and now am 53kh please help me out of it.
