Hello doctor. I'm suffering from anal fistula. I had a laser surgery 5 months ago. But external wound is not healing. Now i'm taking homeopathic medicines from. Past 3 months. It looks like it is healing but small abscess formed after 3 4 days and again the abscess breaks and create a wound and discharges pustak and blood. What to do. It happens 3 times. How to prevent abscess formation and it is healed from outside only. I'm worried that externally it is healed then it will create problem in future.
