From few days i'm having dizziness, spinning sensation and nausea I ws having this problem earlier as well my physician prescribed me vertigo and redirect md tablets I ws feeling better now it starts again I feel very discomfort due to this not able to do anything or going outside kindly suggest wt should I do to get rid of this problem permanently. I'm also having hypothyroidism.

You may be having postural vertigo-you may have to take medicines when it recurs—you may avoid sudden movements of head-especially up and down—getting up and getting down on bed or chair by slow motion—avoid vibrating movements by kick starting a two wheeler; getting up on stair case quickly; bending down and up suddenly-keep the ears clean and dry-have regular ear check up also have check up of bp; hba1c and fbs checking and treatment if required—don’t put buds or oil in ear-clean the ear wax if ent doctor recommends-get proper treatment for hypothyroidism regularly.
