This is a case of left side ectopic pregnancy. But no uncontrollable pain and bleeding seen. Last 3 beta hcg level is going down. 72 hrs before it was 1596miu/l, 48 hrs before it was 296.7 miu/l, and now today it is 96. 7miu/l. Tube may not be ruptured. On saturday drs gave methotrexate inj. So is there any chance to operate.
