Hello doctor i, m 23 years old girl I have a problem of anal fissure and i, m using anobliss cream on my anal opening but there is a one cut that is not healing properly since two months so can I use this cream for healing? Or need any other precaution for healing that cut is decreased somehow but not closing please help me.

Hello welcome lybrate-user good morning anal fissure can't be treated with ointment alone. You need diet modification and some drugs 1) avoid spicy foods 2) fast-food and junk food habits main aim is to avoid constipation 3) take plenty of oral fluids 4) green leafy vegetables and fruits 5) curd & butter milk (if not contra indicated) you need antibiotics and analgesics after some blood tests and investigations feel free to contact me if you want more information.

Increase fibrous food in your diet. Take sitz bath in luke warm, add 2tsp salt in it. Use ointment anovate for at least one month.

Sitz bath with like warm water for 20 mts ano bliss ointment high fibre diet plenty of oral fluids avoid spicy and heat causing food this is your treatment but once consult general surgeon to check for healing and any need for surgery

Yes you can use the cream. Do sitz bath and be on high fibre diet and take plenty of fluids
