Having stomach pain on right side ileum. Did colonoscopy and in december 2020 and came to know from doctor that I have mild crohn?s disease. For first 5 months had budesonide corticosteroids and then slowly stopped. But many a times I have that mild pain and loose stool that also gets stuck around rectum. Tried rifagut and vibact for 8 days a week back and again doctor gave rifagut and econorm. The feeling of constantly going to bathroom is there now again. No clear motion. No constipation but no clear motion. Please help!

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
