Hello Doctor, My son is about to 3 years but he is not talkative he just says mummy and Papa and some a few words. He understands everything and very clearly explains his points. I am worried why he is not speaking he is going to playway from March 2016.

I understand your apprehension for delayed speach. In some cases it will take around 4 yrs. Have a patience and try to speak with him and give him reassurance. As he will in school he will get ample opportunities to express himself.
