I have pain in my left breast. I accidentally got hurt while playing with my kid. Doc checked no lumps. But normally both my breast pain before period but from the time I got hit. Left one pains .and few days later both. Doc gave novex 30.

If pain occurs with periods, novex will help. Since you got hurt, you can also apply ice pack and take a painkiller like diclofenac.
