I have pimples /nodules on the entrance of vagina for more than 6 months. These nodules are multiple, small, round and smooth associated with severe itching in vagina and vulva (left side) which sometimes relieves after using canesten vaginal cream and sometimes exaggerated by that cream. I have also used canesten vaginal tablets but there is no relief. What is diagnosis and treatment. Thanks.
