My wife is pregnant her first ultrasound report that the sac is without embryo with enlarge yolk sac, what does it mean.

If gestational sac diameter is less than 25 mm and if crl is visible and if crl is less than 7 mm and heartbeat is not visible, repeat ultrasound is needed after a week. Enlarge yolk sac needs to be evaluated again after 7 days repeat scan.
