Sir, I have a varicocele grade 1 stage, scrotum muscle loose. And I used daflon 1000 mg .vien get dilated. Pls sir help me out of my zone. It's very hurt. Anxiety, not interested in any work. I am to much insecure now and it's shameful for me. Now feel why I am living. Pls sir help me.

Hello lybrate-user, hello raju, please understand that varicocele is a very common problem at you age. So don't worry for grade 1.there are medicines and scrotal supporting wear which will help to get control over it. However, if it is not getting controlled with medicine, then there is a very simple laparoscopic operation (laparoscopic high testicular vein ligation) with excellent result. So, just don't worry, as there is a plan and treatment to you r condition.

Sir please do ultrasound abdomen & scrotum, look for grade of varicocele. Long standing varicocele can cause infertility due to increased scrotal temperature. Even after taking daflon if varicocele is not getting treated then I advise you for operation (laproscopic high testicular vein ligation).

If the medicine isn't doing any good, get an hrusg of bilateral inguinoscrotal region to see if there is epididymoorchitis. The treatment is then analgesics and antibiotics. If there isn't anything like that, then you should get operated.
