Hi, I am 23 years old diagnosed with pcod. We are trying to conceive so my doctor suggest letrozole 2.5 mg for the first month. After 12th day follicular study there was no dominant follicle. So my doctor suggested for increase in the dosage in the next cycle. Currently in this cycle she suggested letrozole 5 mg from day 2 to day 7 and on day 8 my study showed multiple small follicles in both ovaries. So the doc said that I have resistant pcod. And if this cycle doesn't work then let's go for hormone injections in next cycle. Can I conceive? What is resistant pcod mean?
