Had intercourse on last day of period-on 19th may and had fresh read blood bleeding during it. Felt pelvic pain during sex. The condom got stuck in me for 30 mins and I douched with water to finally take it out if my vagina. Later on, I am seeing light red vaginal discharge which does not require any sanitary pad from my vagina for past 10 days. I have never had this type of vaginal bleeding between menstrual cycles. I do not have any pelvic pain/ cramps. I saw a doctor-suggested taking sysron n twice daily for 20 days along with doxycycline twice daily for 10 days. My bloody discharge has stopped within 2 days of starting meds but my doctor said if I discontinue the meds the bleeding will start again. The doctor also asked me to do transvaginal ultrasound and tsh blood. Did pregnancy tests thrice- all negative. Next period is due on 17th july. My periods are 7 days long, not painful, more or less regular. Do I need tvs? Why bloody discharge happened? After completing sysron n 20 days course can I stop?

It could be infection or hormonal change with stress as you were prescribed both antibiotics and hormones. Yes stopping hormone abruptly can affect the periods. If you don't want investigations now, wait for next period. If problem recurrs, then get them done.
