I am worried that I have overdosed my kid by tofacitinib overdose. She was prescribed tofacitinib for alopecia areata. She is 5 years old. For 5 days I have overdosed my kid without my knowledge. Doctor have prescribed 5 mg tablet, that too only half a tablet a day. I have given her full 5 mg tablet. Should I consult a doctor as soon as possible. Will she have any side effects? Should I stop the tablets for few days? It would be a great help if you kindly let me know about this. Thank you.
