I am 20 years old female I have psvt because of which doctor has prohibited me to eat any chocolate or coffee or even to drink any tea (green tea as well) so I have got an organic green tea for stress reliving and for relaxing its caffeine free can I drink that or can not even that? Can I drink anything which is caffeine free?
