Pain and swelling in right inguinal region from last 2 days. Usg done of inguinal scrotal region. All normal except right inguinal region "no serologically detectable inguinal hernia noted. An infected lymph node (0.93 cm x 0.76 cm approx) noted. I am taking these medicines calvam 625 1*2 times zerodol sp 1*2 times. Swelling not going please help me.

Hello lybrate-user, you are probably suffering form right inguinal lymphadenitis. The medicines you are taking are god enough to give you relief. Only thing is some more time for the antibiotic to work on your body. 2 days is really very little time to get a result. Hope this will be helpful.
