Hello doctor. I'm 26 years old and my husband is 35 years. I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now. We have gone for test and my results are okay but my pelvic scan shows I have a "retroverted uterus" my husband semen analysis report reads thus; active cells =60% motile cell = 30% non motile = 10% and the total = 26.410^6. But the comment show he has "relative leukocytospermia" please help me recommend treatment and advice.

1) retroverted uterus has no significance unless associated with other findings. 2) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. This means the couple must have patience and go to one with whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
