Fever with altered sensorium has many differential causes like" malaria meningitis brain abscess tuberculosis of the brain hyperthermia the complications depend upon the cause of the problem. This can be decrease in respiratory rate, blurred vision, headache, vomiting, drop in bp and so on. I hope this helps.
