Sir, around 5 days ago, I was suffering from headache, and fever, and burning sensation in passing urine, I was very worried and did a urine test for malaria, the test showed no malaria, as I was shivering when I had the fever, later I visited a General practitioner and he gave me ciprofloxacin tablets, and uriliser oral solution on Tid, and zerodol p on sos basis, but its not working sir, my stomach is having gas problem, and feels lethargic, what should I do sir, needs your guidance.

As per your present complaints, you may be suffering from Urinary tract infection, But you may be resistent to the medicine you are taking at present,so you got no relief. Consult urorologist /physician, simple sonography & baseline blood & urine exam., culture & sensitivity test will diagnose your problem. Treatment will be oral / injectable medicines depending on severity. Take nutritious, balanced diet including fruits, green veg, good quality proteins . Stomach problems are mostly due to Irregular/ unhygienic food habbits . Change your food habbits, Eat your meals at regular intervals, avoid spicy, oily / fatty food, maida containing food items, fruit juices/ sugary drinks. Increase intake high fibre diet. Take light dinner. Drink plenty of water, Go for walk/do light excercise . Take care.
