Hi I am having dandruff problem initially I was using matrix shampoo but my dandruff dint goes off and den I was using ketoconazole. My dandruff was gone. And I had a hair fall. Den I stopped using that shampoo. After 1 month got dandruff again den I stated using the same keto. I have hair fall now and mild dandruff. Can you plse suggest which is the best shampoo for hair fall and dandruff without side effects.

Dandruff is a fungal infection of scalp.you can use ketoconazole plus zinc pyrithione based shampoo. as it can recur you have to take care continuous care.You need good Hair care regieme.
