I am 29 years old. I have been facing the issue of lack of sleep for the past 6 months. Things have really become worse now and my work is being affected now. The doctor says that it is one of the types of insomnia. Doctor please help me in knowing what are the types of insomnia?

Insomnia types include: 1- primary (person is facing sleeping issues but this is not related to any other medical or health reasons), 2- secondary (difficulty in sleep due to certain health conditions including depression, asthma, cancer, arthritis, pain or a few medications), 3- sleep-onset insomnia (trouble while trying to sleep.), 4- sleep-maintenance insomnia (trouble staying asleep or waking up too early.), 5- mixed insomnia (trouble falling asleep and even if you fall asleep, you will stay awake.) 6- paradoxical insomnia (when you get the feeling that you sleep a lot less than you really do.)
