My mother has renal failure. Her kidneys has infection. Creatinine level is above 4.0. Can you please advise what should we do.

Dietary changes and medicines are essential for the management of renal failure. Lower the amount of sodium you eat each day . Keep ur blood pressure and blood sugar levels controlled either with medicines or with healthy diet as per ur clinical condition. Exercise daily. Follow ur treating doctor's instructions.
