Sir my penis foreskin is not detached and skin is very hard my age is 27 while having sex my penis pains so unable to have sex what to do please suggest me.

; hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns, normally the foreskin should move or slide over head of penis, if you find it difficult consult a general surgeon you may need a short course of antibiotics plus pain killers, or small cut. Simple procedure. Called circumcision.
