Hello doctor! I have gynecomastia. It was diagnosed when I was just 10. I was 14 when I realized this. I was told that this will go with age but I am 20 now and it still exists. Doctor, please tell me how I can get rid of my gynecomastia?

In the majority of cases, gynecomastia goes on its own and it does not require any treatment. There are, however, surgery options available if the symptoms become severe. Surgery includes liposuction (breast fat is removed without removing the breast gland tissue), and mastectomy (breast gland tissue is removed by making small incisions. This involves less recovery time).
