I have persistent pain in upper neck with some swelling and sometimes I also have pain in lower back. I always wake up with back pain. What is it? Should I see an orthopedic or physiotherapist?

Hello dear yes please consult with a good orthopaedic first have x-ray and blood report if necessary then consult with a good physiotherapists. Its may due to your posture please correct it are you doing sitting job? secondly it may due to vitamin deficiency. But for clinical correction you have to consult with an spinal orthopaedic.
