I am a 23 year old male and I am currently suffering from male pattern hair loss from 1.5 years I consulted a dermatologist for it and he recommended me minoxidil for 6 months and it was working decent enough but he then changed my prescription to redenser (redensyl) and it worsened my hair, I researched quite a lot on this from internet and came to know about oral finasteride. So my question is should I try using oral finasteride as I think it will be beneficial for me or switch back to minoxidil or both, and if I include finasteride what should the dosage be?
