I am a diabetic & taking medicine morning & evening this is a combination of metformin500mg. Glimepride 1 and pioglitazone 7.5. For last 2 yrs. My fasting is 130 & pp is 138. Fasting comes always higher side. Shall I change my medicine. Please advise & also medicine. Thank you.
