I am a 42 year old female. I took a pregnancy test and it was a faint positive line. I took combipack of mifepristone and misoprostol as per the instruction from the chemist. One mifepristone tablet in the morning and then after 24 hrs I took one tablet of misoprostol twice a day for two days, but no cramps and bleeding started yet. What will be the possible reason and what should I do now? Am I pregnant or not?

Faint positive means the pregnancy may not be viable. As you have taken the tablets just wait for 3 to 4 days for periods to begin. No further action is needed immediately.
