I am 22 years old married women. I have white discharge. It's been 3 and a half years. I used vaginal wash, fluconazole and miconazole all this time. I used to wash with wash two times a day. It only worked temporarily. Recently I visited another doctor she told me to stop using wash. She prescribed me metronidazole and fluconazole for 5 days. I felt good while using meds. After I stopped meds the discharge started again. Should I prefer vaginal suppositories or continue using oral med. How many times should I wash? Should I only use plain warm water?

Cleaning and maintaining hygiene is must. Yes, suppository should be used. Start with clingen vaginal suppository. Place them in vagina once daily for 7 days. Make sure that your husband also washes the glans of penis daily.
