There are several options you have. First we have to access and examine the patient. Then we offer options. Usually if he has reached the last stage, then the only option you have is to do a'transarterial chemoembolisation. It doesnt cure the patient because he has already reached the last stage. All it does, is that I prolongs his life. This is the best option at this stage. However I suggest you come and consult me to really know for sure what sort of treatment he would require.
