Why do I always feel like eating something even after having food enough? After full stomach food I feel like to have snacks, biscuits and whatever there are things. Please suggest me as early as possible how to remove this bad habit.

The reason for your cravings is that your meals are not well balanced. Increasing the amount of protein and fibre in your meals will help. Also instead of having 3-4 large meals have small frequent meals.
