18 years old mobile addiction avoid studying and college. Doesn't suffer from any psychiatric problems. Doctor wrongly prescribed risdon 0.5 mg liquid which I gave for 3 days and stopped it suddenly when I came to know the medicine is given for schizophrenia. I want to know what long term effect will it have, if any? Does it hv any effect for stopping? For how long the liquid remain in the body and how to remove it from the body. Mobile addiction can be treated through a combination of behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and digital detox programs. Other methods include setting boundaries and limits on the use of mobile devices, finding alternative activities to replace excessive mobile use, and seeking support from friends and family. It is important to consult with a mental health professional who can recommend the best course of treatment for an individual's specific needs.
