Hello madam, I delivered baby by c section and she is now 12 days old. I am not getting enough breast milk. I have been taking lactation medicine, shatavari tabs, diet and foods requires for milk production. Due to scanty milk, I have to feed the baby with formula milk and that is causing her discomfort. Maam please advise how can I increase milk. Also, I am using pump to take out the milk.

With baby suckling milk secretion will improve ,so baby should suckle ,drink plenty of milk and take good diet ,u can continue tab

Drink lots of water and put baby to breast frequently to increase the milk supply.
