During masturbation, whenever I urge to ejaculate I control myself not to ejaculate as I am doing Kegel exercises. But after that when I go for urine, I see cloud formation happens in water. Please guide me how to solve this problem. Is Retrograde Ejaculation normal at puberty age? I am 22 years old male with 16 cm of penis length.

The prostate gland is situated at the neck of the urinary bladder. The semen is composed of sperms that are made in testes and prostatic fluid that is made in the prostate gland. It is not unusual to occasionally get some mucus discharge (coming from prostate) at the end of urination. If it is frequent or if the discharge is profuse or yellowish, then infections in prostate gland and urinary tract need to be ruled out.
