Hello good morning,I'm getting pain at back side of the head. It's very hurting and it is heavy pain. What is the solution?

Pain at the back side of head can be due to.
1. Occipital Neuralgia : Nerves at back of scalp cause pain due to entrapment. This can be relieved by special injections like occipital block done by Pain specialist. 
2. Cervicogenic Headache: Degenerative conditions of cervical spine can cause headache . Diagnosis is by X Ray / MRI of cervical spine
3. Myofascial Pain involving muscles like Trapezius can also cause referred headache.
