Hello doctor, I am trying to conceive from last 4 months. My amh level is 0.95. When I was not getting conceived from last 4 months, doctor suggested to go for hsg. We came to know that "bilateral distal fallopian tubes are not opacified with no bilateral peritoneal spill which likely represents bilateral tubal block" I want suggestions from you for further process. What you suggest that we can go for in this case?

1) either may confirm bilateral block with laproscopy. If blocked 2 options- 1) ivf- commonly known as test tube baby 2) surgery to open tube.
