Hello there. I am an 18 y/o boy. I think I have klinefelter syndrome, im having slight gynecomastia, wide hips, big thighs and buttcok, resembling like a womans, curvy body (hourglass type), beard is patchy, delayed puberty, and was very girlish since my childhood (ir I loved girly things like jewels, purses, feminine accessories, makeup). Whenever I imagine something I imagine myself as a female character most of the time. Also I am gay, attracted to men. I feel nothing is going good. Please suggest what should I do. Also my height is 5'9 and my younger brother who is 14 got puberty at 13 only and is maturing much faster and is becoming more masculine and a stud. Im also from a muslim family and im sure they will not allow and accept me if I become trans. My life is mess what should I do?

Hello- hypogonadism is a condition that occurs when the body's sex glands, the testes for males and ovaries for females, produce little or no hormones. For males with hypogonadism, low testosterone can affect the development and maintenance of male reproductive organs, including the testes, penis and prostate. In fact, low testosterone levels can lead to issues like reduced muscle strength, hair loss and impotence. In ayurveda, hypogonadism usually presents as shandhatva or napunsakta. It means inability to sire a progeny by either. In case your tests shows abnormal hormone levels and you experience the signs and symptoms for the same, don't worry. Ayurvedic vajikaran therapy (which includes, aphrodisiac herbs), and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help you recover naturally.
