My penis upper skin does not go back (open) when I do sex or at the time of penis erection. If there is no erection in penis then I can stretch the skin back and red area (fore head of penis) come out. I can see that there is a small piece of skin which is attached with red head of penis. Please advise. What should I do? Or any recommendations.
