My mom is having a problem like whenever she is going outside of the house or any program she is getting urination, I consulted a doctor starting from urine re, usg kub all test have been done all reports are good, in allopathic she is taking solifenacin, in ayurved she is taking menovin, stress capsules, manopuspi, but nothing working please suggest anything good in ayurved or allopathic, in house she is ok only when she going out urine is coming.

This is a common problem in women of that age and is due to a weak pelvic floor. Added to that is the anxiety. She is already on medicines that can help. However, ask her to consider kegel exercises and visit the washroom even when she does not have to go. That way, her issue will get a little better.
