I am 37 years old bipolar disorder patient and under treatment and taking regular medicine for bipolar since 10 years. Since 3 years I am on one antipsychotic (luracidone 40 mg half a day) with minimal doses and bipolar is total in control now. No any bipolar complaint now. But I have constipation doe to antipsychotic side effects so I want to know tht can I take himalaya herbolax lifelong for the constipation as I have to be on bipolar meds lifelong. Can I take himalaya herbolax life long? Need answer from ayurvedic expert doctor.
