I want to consult with hematologist, I did cbc test and I found that my rbc count was 5.9, mch was 26.2,mchc was 31.1,platelet count was 150, mean platelet volume was 14.7,p-lcr was 58.3.i need to know how can I recover from these issues?

Hi need to see the full report. In the cbc report, important parameters are hb wbc, differential counts, mcv and platelets. You should not be worried much about other parameters.
