Doctor, I have pcod and I am on femilon tablets. My last mensuration was more than 9 days which was (heavy with clots) and than I started getting spotting after my periods. Doctor prescribed me to take pause 500 for my spotting for 10 days. Hence I completed the 10 days course and my spotting stopped than my 21 days course of femilon tablets also completed and I got periods on 28th april. Today is my 4th day of periods. Doctor told me to take another strip of the femilon tablets after 7 days gap. So can I take it from the 4th day of periods (because today is the 8 day gap) or I should take the pills frm next day which will be my 5th day of periods? Please answer me.
