I had fever from last 1 week. I completed azithromycin 500 course on 29th april. Still I am having fever 99f sometimes during day while doing normal routine work. Like even walking. Feeling weakness. Lab reports show no typhoid/uti but only slight increase in lymphocytes: 54 and decrease in haemoglobin 11.7 and mch. Last year I had similar fever that continued for 10-15 days and I took antibiotics for 10-15 days but got extreme weakness which then resolved itself. In blood test I got diagnosed with some bacteria in my blood culture report. Pls suggest if now I should again continue antibiotics or only rely on multivitamins. I have stopped azithromycin now after completing 5 day course. Also I now from last 2 days I have pain in my stomach.
