I had a sexual contact with a sex worker, after one week I experienced diarrhea and fever, it lasts for around 2-3 days, after few weeks I noticed some red rash like spots on my hand then after 3 months I had an outbreak of very itchy fleshy bumps on my groin area, after itching, they bleeds then after I got tested for hiv, rpr and hsv at 4 months post exposure, all came out non reactive these tests are performed by Dr. lalpath labs ,then after I got tested for hcv it also came out as nonreactive then again after 10 months I got tested for hiv and syphilis (rpr) again they came out as non reactive, does rpr testing after 10 months conclusive, the itchy hard bumps on groin, penis and anus goes away, but after that I had round bumps on my back and red spot on legs ,a spot on arms, again I decided to get tested for syphilis and hiv after 12 months they again came as negative does vdrl after 11 months conclusive? Do I need any further testing? I thought those bumps are due to hpv.

Based on the information you have provided, it is unlikely that you have contracted hiv, syphilis, or hepatitis c. However, if you are concerned about your symptoms or still have questions about your test results, it is best to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation. Rpr testing is generally considered conclusive after 3-6 months following potential exposure to syphilis. Vdrl testing can also be used to detect syphilis, but it is important to note that false positives and false negatives can occur with these tests. It is best to consult with a healthcare professional to determine if any further testing is needed. Regarding the bumps on your groin, penis, and anus, it is possible that they could be caused by a number of different conditions, including hpv (human papillomavirus). If you are still experiencing symptoms or have concerns about your sexual health, it is important to discuss these with a healthcare professional for proper evaluation and treatment.
