We had sex and we used thick type of condom and didn't ejaculate in her vagina but still got doubt and gave her unwanted 72 pill after 10 minutes and after that she got spots on underwear and tissue for 2 or 3 days and next day she got little cramp and fatigue and her last period was on 10 april and next on 9th may but didn't had her period till now is it to worry?

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later (means if taken near expected period date it gets delayed, and then a new cycle starts. If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test. This is general information and counting left to you as you have not mentioned date of consumtion of pill.
