Yesterday night, while I was sleeping. Something bit my penis and I strongly felt it like a needle around 2/3 times. I don't wear underwear at night. I checked, and it was like a small bug. Today, I could see around 2/3 red bumps on my penile head. No pain as such. But it's small, red, and dotted (bumps) like insect bites. No any other side effects like chills or fever or any other until now. Is it a matter of concern? Should I consult a doctor?

Hello- unfortunately, bug bites in the genital region can be very prone to infection, since there's a lot of bad bacteria nearby in the penis and because it's the kind of dark, moist hangout bacteria like best. What it looks like: a bug bite. But it might get even redder and more swollen if it's infected.
