I have a history of endometriosis .first in 2005 I got a large ovarian chocolate cyst which was removed surgically since then I was doing fine. Again in 2020 I had uterine polyp and adhesions which was treated by dinofest and regestrone, again in 2023 I had huge ovarian cysts in both ovaries and volume was 500 ml, which was operated recently and presently I am on regestrone and monthly dose of zoladex for 3 month. My query is zoladex ideal for treatment as the injection is v painful after surgery and also can I get pregnant after the treatment with zoladex? My ovaries are preserved, my amh level is 4.04,and my tubes are fine. I am 39 nae, what is the line of treatment naw to get pregnant? Is there any alternative to zoladex. I had 1 dose before my surgery.

If all parameters are normal then pregnancy is a possibility but seeing the history I feel you should go to a hospital specialized in handling complex situations. It is also advisable to go for ivf after an appropriate gap. No point in waiting too long for normal conception.
